This privacy policy governs your use of the software application Team Shake (“Application”) created by Rhine-o Enterprises LLC.

What information does the Application obtain and how is it used?

User Provided Information

To sync your lists, results, and settings across iOS, Android, and the web, Team Shake offers an optional account, created and managed through Firebase Authentication. If you create an account, we store the email address associated with it and the team/list data you choose to save, so it can sync between your devices.

If you don't want to sync across devices, Team Shake works entirely on-device without an account — no information is sent to Rhine-o Enterprises LLC in that case.

If you purchase a subscription (e.g. Team Shake Plus), payment is processed by Apple, Google, or our subscription-management provider, RevenueCat. Rhine-o Enterprises LLC does not receive or store your payment card details — we receive confirmation of an active subscription only.

Apple iCloud technologies, and other third-party technologies, may also be used to synchronize information between devices.

Automatically Collected Information

No information is automatically collected and shared with Rhine-o Enterprises LLC beyond what's described above.

Does the Application collect precise real-time location information of the device?

This Application does not collect precise information about the location of your device.

Do third parties see and/or have access to information obtained by the Application?

The Application and/or your device platform may use Apple iCloud, Firebase, RevenueCat, or comparable services to sync, back up, or process the data described above. This information and its transmission are governed under the policies of the respective third parties. Use of these third parties can be opted out of by not enabling account sync (where applicable) or not installing/enabling these services on your device.

Notwithstanding the above, we reserve the right to disclose any information, including user-provided and automatically collected information:

  • as required by law, such as to comply with a subpoena or similar legal process;
  • when we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, protect your safety or the safety of others, investigate fraud, or respond to a government request;
  • with trusted service providers who work on our behalf, have no independent use of the information, and have agreed to adhere to this policy; and
  • if Rhine-o Enterprises LLC is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case you'll be notified of any change in ownership or use of this information.

What are my opt-out rights?

You can stop all collection of information by the Application by uninstalling it and/or deleting your account from within the app. You may use the standard uninstall process available on your device or app marketplace.

Data Retention Policy, Managing Your Information

Account data (email, synced lists/results) is retained until you delete your account or contact us to request deletion. Device-local data can be removed at any time by uninstalling the Application.

Children

We do not use the Application to knowingly market to children under 13.

The Application is in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). It does not knowingly collect data on children under the age of 13.

Security

We are concerned about safeguarding the confidentiality of your information. Account data is stored using Firebase, which applies industry-standard security practices; local data remains on your devices and associated syncing services. While we endeavor to provide reasonable security for information we process and maintain, no security system can prevent all potential security breaches.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy at https://rhine-o.com/team-shake/privacy. You are advised to consult this Privacy Policy regularly, as continued use is deemed approval of all changes.

Your Consent

By using the Application, you consent to our processing of your information as set forth in this Privacy Policy now and as amended by us.
