How can I create balanced teams, male/female-only teams, or other custom setups?

How can I sync Team Shake between multiple devices?

Sign in with a Team Shake account (part of Team Shake Plus) and your lists, settings, and results sync automatically across iOS, Android, and the web. See Syncing Across Devices in the docs for details.

I've heard Team Shake can import class lists from Excel. How do I do that?
